Our mission is to help artists create new depictions of the locations in the original publication, and to raise awareness of these locations as important historical landmarks that need to be recognized and preserved.

Whether you created your work on site or in the studio, please reserve your artwork for your local chapter Gala and Art Show and for publication opportunities. All creative mediums (acrylic, oil, drawing, ink, pastel, watercolor, photography, jewelry, sculpture, digital), styles and skill levels, are welcome to join our events and submit artwork.

You are not only supporting the local art community, but any sale will benefit you the artist, and a local non-profit organization involved with preservation of the area or site you painted. What a great way to use your creative talents to help preserve your local environment and history!

To submit more than one piece of artwork, you must fill out a submission form for each piece. Artists are encouraged to submit multiple pieces from various PAPA locations.

Please reserve your art piece for the PAPA Gala and Art Show, which will take place July 19 – September 8, 2024.

*To participate in the art show and for publication consideration, you must be a PAPA Artist Member. All work will be jury-reviewed by PAPA, and you will be notified of works accepted. Your artwork submission and participation with PAPA is greatly appreciated.

**The maximum percentage for artists is 50%, but you may decide on a smaller percentage to provide a larger percentage for a designated local non-profit organization involved in preservation work of the location depicted in your art piece. If you don’t specify a percentage, PAPA will automatically split the percentage as: Artist 50%, local preservation organization 40%, PAPA 10%.
